Unquestionably, you would not like paying for a CyanogenMod theme but this one definitely seems to be worth it.

Don’t want to pay for a theme? Fret not, we have a few CyanogenMod themes on our list as well. Although, free CyanogenMod themes may not look impressive as compared to the paid ones, but it is something you have to compromise if you don’t want to pay a penny.
SolidAlpha is a simple CyanogenMod theme which provides various color schemes, not too funky, but still good enough.

It is a transparent kind of a CyanogenMod theme. Not exactly transparent, but with a fixed wallpaper system-wide.

An elegant CyanogenMod theme that fits for a user who admires Google’s material design. This theme does not offer many customizations, but it is more like a visually tweaked version of stock Android.
Personally, I dig in for this them because of the black-green color scheme. I can be sure that you would love it as well if you are into using dark themes.
The transition effects are impressive. If you are alright with the color combination, this one will be your favorite in terms of user experience. It is known to have fewer bugs than other themes usually have.
