Steps to Add Breaking News Widget for Blogger:  So these are the steps to follow 

Step 1) Go to Blogger Dashboard.

Step 2) ..>>Template..>>Edit Template.

Step 3) Search for </body>

Step 4) Copy and Paste the below code before </body>

 

Customization: Replace "Your Url Here" with your blog URL.
Step 5) Search for </head>

Step 6) Copy and Paste the below code before </head>

 

Step 7) Now go ..>>Layout..>>Add a Gadget.

Step 8)Paste the below code in the Gadget.

 

Step 9) Save the Gadget.

Note:Don't forget to add the widget on the Center place.
