Follow these steps:
(1) signup here Adhexa.com
(2) signup here Hitleap.com
(3) Create a free blog from blogger.com or wix.com and post some content as you want
(4) Now goto HTML setting and put the adhexa tag not more 3 tag per website
(5) copy the link of you blog/website and submit in Hitleap and tick on20 sec visit duration
(6) Click on start Traffic exchange
Now you are DONE!!!
You can use traffic exchange to earn minutes or you can use the bot as search Hitleapbot on google
